2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the F.I.R., some unknown person had fired at the injured. F.I.R. has been registered against unknown.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2023. He further submitted that one Ram Yadav is the assailant of the victim.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 1066 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Madhepura Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
