The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 448, 452, 307, 436, 380 of IPC, 27 of the Arms Act, 3 / 4 of Explosive Substance Act and 17 C. L. Act.
It is submitted that the name of the petitioner has appeared in the confessional statement of co-accused Sitaram Ravidas, who has been granted bail by the court below. The petitioner has been in custody since 3.2.2014. It is further submitted that the petitioner was not an absconder, he was in custody in another case. Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39780 of 2014 (3) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Aurangabad (Bihar)/ court concerned in Sessions Trial No. 265 A/07/175/014, Rafiganj (Pauthu) P. S. Case No. 57 of 1999 with following conditions:-
1. The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.
2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
