The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 758 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per written report is that these petitioners along with five and six accused persons intercepted the informant and assaulted him. In the mean time, one Sanjeet Kumar gave a sword blow on the head of the informant causing injuries on his head. The said Sanjeet Kumar is not the petitioner. Considering the case of these petitioners on similar footing, the anticipatory bail prayer of these petitioners is allowed.
