Petitioner is the wife of opposite party no. 2 and due to matrimonial dispute, malicious prosecution case has been lodged.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner is that opposite party no. 2 has married again. From reading of the complaint, it appears that it is a malicious prosecution and it should not be continued. The order dated 02.08.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Complaint Case No. 925(C) of 2013/ 2119TR14 is hereby quashed.
