JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the direction issued by this Court on 18.06.2013, decision has been taken by the Director, Secondary Education. He submits that the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the Director.

The grievance of the petitioner cannot be looked into in the present proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum/authority including Court for redressal of his grievances in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands disposed of.
