Considering the nature of dispute involves in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikarn i.e. Anudanit Shiksha Pradhikarn constituted under the Bihar Shiksha Pradikarn, 2015 vide notification No. 972 dated 19.5.2015. In case petitioner file petition before the Pradhikarn within a period of one month from today, the Pradhikar will condone the delay and decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merit
Patna High Court CWJC No.22658 of 2012(3) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 expeditiously preferably within a period of for months from the date of filing of the representation.
