The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2016 registered under Sections 366A, 376, 120B, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. specifically stated that she herself left the house and married with one Navin Sahni and she also stated that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case by her father. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5780 of 2017 (5) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 359 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
