The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 285 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 504/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Kishanganj.

Submission is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that in the case diary, the doctor has found three injuries caused by the hard and blunt substances. The injury no.1 is grievous in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52713 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected.
