The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 dated 23.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant, a 12 year old boy, was taken away by two motorcycle borne persons. Later, the victim boy was recovered but he has not identified the petitioner.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his name has transpired in the confession of one Praduman Kumar @ Satyam Kumar.

The other accused person whose name also has come during the course of investigation through the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42975 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 confession of an arrested accused person, has been granted bail by a bench of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2019 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018.
