Patna High Court CWJC No.13695 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'CAT, New Delhi'). The petitioner has right to file writ petition before the territorial jurisdiction of the New Delhi against the order of the CAT, New Delhi (Annexure P/2). Therefore, this Court has no territorial jurisdiction so as to entertain the present writ petition insofar as interfering with the order dated 20.01.2020 of the CAT, New Delhi.

2. Accordingly, present writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to invoke appropriate remedy before appropriate forum.
