2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 310(4) and 310(5) of the BNS and Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Sarairanjan P.S.Case No. 61/2025.

3. For allegation of recovery of a country-made pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner, he is languising in prison for more than six months, according to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. On the other hand, Mr. J.N.Thakur, the learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances and also keeping in view the period of incarceration, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,Samastipur/concerned court in connection with Sarairanjan P.S.Case No. 61/2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date in the court below till framing of charge.
