Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.02.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3235 of 2020 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to prevailing lockdown on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner could not

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 28.02.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3235 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
