JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioners are Bhainsoor and mother-in-law respectively of the complainant. They are facing prosecution under section 498-A IPC.
It is stated that the husband of the complainant lives separate. There is general and omnibus allegation against the present petitioners. It is further stated that they would be happy if the matrimonial discord between the husband and the wife is resolved and they start living in the family. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24003 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in Complaint Case No. 434C of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be their own/close family members.
