====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 18-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners alongwith other accused persons is of assaulting the informant and other persons by lathi and sword due to which the informant sustained head injury.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely

It has further been submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have got sustained injuries. Petitioner nos. 4 and 5 have got one criminal antecedents and rest have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Khaira P.S.
