2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondent no.-7 for measurement of land and demarcation of boundary under Block- Biraul, Mauza- Hati, Thana No.-297, Khata No.- 38(New), Khesra No.- 550, 551(New),

Patna High Court CWJC No.10049 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/3 590, 591(old) admeasuring 2 Katha 4 Dhur which is khatiyani land and was possession of the petitioner upon which she has been living peacefully for a long period.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondents to restrain the private respondents who are interfering in peaceful possession of the land of the petitioner on the ground that the said land was obtained from her, in fact the petitioner is legal heir of the said land and she has sold and executed a sale deed in favour of the private respondent situated under Block-Biraul, Mauza- Hati, Thana No.-257, Khata No.-38(New), Khesra No.- 550, 551(New), 590, 591(old) only one and half Katha approx. 7.63 dismil.

iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondent no.-7 that after measurement of the land of the petitioner in presence of respondent no.-8, hand over the possession of the said land after demarcation so that quietus may be given to the disputes arose

iv. To pass such other order/s as your lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if his representation before the respondent no. 5, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Biraul, Darbhanga be disposed of.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned Officer within a period of four weeks who shall be duty bound to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
