The present writ application is filed for a direction to respondents to accept the joining of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher, Rastiya Inter School, Daudnagar, Aurangabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suffering from a serious illness for a period from 01.04.2016 to 02.11.2018. On recovery, she has submitted joining but her joining is not accepted despite of the direction of the District Education Officer, Aurangabad.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15045 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal-In charge, Rastiya Inter School, Daudnagar, Aurangabad to take appropriate decision on the joining of the petitioner in the light of the direction issued by the District Education Officer, Aurangabad contained in Annexure 8, and pass appropriate order with regard to her entitlement and sanction of extraordinary leave, at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
