The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/ 201/ 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, it is a case of commission of murder of the informant son by the accused persons along with others persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion without there being any material available on record. From perusal of F.I.R. it is alos evident that nobody had seen the occurrence and there is no eye witness of the occurrence. It is

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Bhojpur at Ara.
