The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 136 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 338, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are on Police Bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 4849 of 2021(4) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) P.L.J.R., 491.

In view of the above, it is directed that petitioners may surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. In case, petitioners surrender and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (Supra).

With the above directions/observations, this application is disposed of.
