The present petition has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings arising out of Banka P.S. Case No. 388 of

2014, dated 14.09.2014, which has been registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the order-sheet of this Court that on 08.12.2017, a report was called for from the Court below about the stage of the case.

The report has been received and is kept with the record. The report indicates that after the charge-sheet, cognizance has been taken and the case has been transferred before the Court for trial.

In that view of the matter, this petition for quashing of the subject F.I.R. has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
