Case No. 368 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.83 of 2014 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2 / 2 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the aforesaid FIR, the petitioner has made named accused. The allegations made in the written report submitted by the informant Satish Kumar Sinha pursuant to which Amarpur P.S. Case No. 368 of 2013 was registered do constitute a cognizable offence.
