JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State; Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation') and the Employees Provident Fund Organization.
2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
" That this is an application praying for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders commanding the respondents to pay forthwith the post retiral benefits i.e. pension, gratuity, group insurance, EPF etc along with the statutory interest thereupon which has been arbitrarily and malafidely

3. In view of the pleadings on record which discloses that substantial order has been passed by the Managing Director of the Corporation contained in Memo No. 961 dated 27.01.2018, holding the petitioner liable to compensate the Corporation to the tune of more than Rs. 74 and a half lakhs, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to move the authorities concerned relating to seeking of details for the authorities to arrive at such figure.
4. If the petitioner moves before the Managing Director of the Corporation, within three weeks from today, with regard to request to give him details of the calculation made relating to the figures shown in the order dated 27.01.2018, the same shall be given to him within the next three weeks. Thereafter, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, with regard to seeking any relief based on such information supplied to him.
