The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 27 of the Arms Act; and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. I have gone through the records of the case.

There are serious allegations against the accused persons that they indulged in firing on the procession which was going for immersion of idols and they also set fire to the vehicles. The petitioner and other accused have indulged in committing such kind of crime which is regular feature during Puja.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2087 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 In the aforesaid circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks. In case the petitioner does not surrender within two weeks, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all coercive steps for arrest of the petitioner.

Compliance report of the Sr. S.P., Patna shall be submitted in this Court after four weeks. Compliance affidavit must be sworn by Sr. S.P., Patna himself.

Put up this case on 15th of December, 2021.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX message for compliance forthwith.
