Despite valid service of notice, on repeated calls, nobody appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 286 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent having roots in the society and are not likely to flee from justice, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand only ) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21092 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 286 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
