====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/35/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

23 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no such criminal antecedent.

In the circumstance, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioners on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties

No.44521 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalpur Police Station Case No. 80 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
