Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that during pendency of this writ application and the connected contempt application, the respondents have withdrawn the impugned order and have proceeded to pass fresh order against the petitioner which is subject matter of another writ application filed by the petitioner, CWJC No. 1454 of 2015.
