The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-V, Katihar.

Submission is that both the parties are agnates and the occurrence took place due to land dispute between the parties. Further submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner assaulted the informant at his head by means of lathi

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15929 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 with intention to kill him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer is rejected.
