Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.228 of 2023 registered under Sections 379, 411, 353, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 56 of the Bihar Mines and Minerals Act as well as Sections 177, 183, 192, 194, 196 of the M.V. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The owner of one of the tractors (petitioner) in question has already paid the fine of Rs.30,500/- for loading of sand as is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.228 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
