Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 307, 323, 341, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17752 of 2023, as contained in Annexure-3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46924 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
