2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner and other co-accused named in the F.I.R. abused and assaulted informant and his father by means of Garasa, Khanti and iron rod, due to which, informant and his father sustained several injuries and one of the injury, caused by this petitioner on the head of father of informant, is grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Similarly situated co-accused Gopal Dubey have already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45873 of 2025(3) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 this Court, vide order dated 28.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 69800 of 2022 (Annexure 2/1). Petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Bhabhua in connection with Chand P.S.
