The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016, registered under Sections 366, 370, 370(A), 371 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of Chanda Devi, wife of the informant, by this petitioner with the help of his father and grandfather, Bhagirath Sah and Rajendra Prasad Sah. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, wife of the informant left her matrimonial house according to her own sweet will due to quarrel with the informant but due to ulterior motive the present case has been lodged. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
