If the petitioner wants, he can demand and beget the detailed break up and calculation of the payments already made to him by the university, if he feels that there is any incongruity in the calculation and payments already made to him.

Taking into consideration the statement made in paragraph nos. 7 and 8, the claim of the petitioner for payment for the period 01.04.1981 to 31.12.1985 is also under consideration and university has already made request for release of funds from the State, University

Patna High Court CWJC No.23715 of 2013 dt.23-01-2015 2/2 surely has an obligation to make payments, no sooner this amount is released and received. No other issue as such remains.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
