The petitioner husband is in custody in Complaint Case No.1046 of 2013 present pending before SDJM, Saran at Chapra. The complaint petition was filed by father of the complainant after two years of marriage with the allegation that a Hero Honda motorcycle and a colour television were asked from her as additional dowry and the refusal resulted in the illtreatment, torture and ultimately her expulsion from the matrimonial house. It appears from the rejection order that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chapra who was hearing Bail Petition No.1640 of 2014/4640 of 2014 had before him the petitioner and his wife as also the father of lady and the lady was refusing to enter into compromise on the ground that she was illtreated and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40314 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 tortured by the present petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2014.

Considering the facts noted above, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the above note court and above noted case.
