JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 16-10-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted that in the Cause Title of the petition due to inadvertence village of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as „Bhagalpur‟ instead of „Bhagatpur, Tulsi Tol, Paharpur‟, and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 06.10.2017, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the Cause Title of the petition with regard to name of village of the petitioner.

Accordingly, Cause Title of the order dated 06.10.2017, is modified to the extent that name of village of petitioner be read as "Bhagatpur, Tulsi Tol, Paharpur" in place

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37002 of 2017 (4) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 of "Bhagalpur".

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No.249 of 2016.
