JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application as against petitioners No. 1 and 3 (Madam Roy and Sunita Devi) have already been withdrawn. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/120(B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5415 of 2021(3) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners No. 2, 4 and 5 are the relatives of the deceased and they are not father-in-law and mother-in-law or near relative of the deceased.

Considering the above submissions as well as the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
