The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 241/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Anshu Kumar is the assailant of the victim. The petitioners are said to have caught hold of the victim which seems improbable.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 241/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
