The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and her family members subjected the victim to cruelty and they ousted her from the matrimonial house and later on she committed suicide by consuming poison in her parental house.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the victim. There is no allegation of demand of dowry against her. As a matter of fact, victim was a short tempered lady and she herself left the house on 17.4.2021 after scuffle with her Gotini. Later on she committed suicide in her parental

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XV, Muzaffarpur in Karja Police Station Case No. 95 of 2021.
