2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the uncle of one of the deceased and is accused of having participated in killing the deceased and disposing of the bodies of the deceased.

4. One Deshri P.S. Case No. 220 of 2023 has been registered after the dead body of the deceased was recovered and in that case, the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 21.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73399 of 2024.

5. From the confessional statement of one of the co-accused Geeta Devi, mother of the deceased, it appears that the petitioner has reached the crime scene only after the deceased were killed by her mother and others.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Barh, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
