The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Chandi P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per case of the petitioner he has informed that her husband has gone out side and she made complaint about missing of her husband. First Information Report has been lodged on the basis of complaint filed by the father of the victim making an allegation that petitioner has killed her husband.

Case diary was called for which has been received.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19790 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 Perused the case diary.

There statement of the brother of the victim has been recorded which indicates that when he has given a call the lady has threatened for the same consequences which has been met by victim.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
