The petitioners seek bail in Govindpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

124 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a vehicle and petitioners were occupants of the said vehicle. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioners are in custody since 28.06.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

No.56492 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 Considering the period of custody coupled with the fact that petitioners bear clean antecedent, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021.
