JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-04-2015 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner, while learned counsel for the State, A.C. to G.P. IX is present. Learned counsel for the State submits that order dated 09.05.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7989 of 2011 was disposed of in similar terms of C.W.J.C. No. 2490 of 2010. The matter was examined by the Collector, Patna and he passed the order on 22.07.2013 in view of the direction of the order of the High Court. Thereafter, the petitioner was called for negotiation in the office of the Executive Engineer, Works Division, Barh and after negotiation, the petitioner agreed for compensation of the land in question and finally, she agreed to accept Rs. 13,50,000/- as total compensation of land in question. In this regard, on 14.12.2014 affidavit has been filed, which would appear from Annexure-D to the show cause filed by opposite

Patna High Court MJC No.176 of 2013 dt.21-04-2015 2/2 party no.4 and the said amount has also been paid through Bank Draft no. 610869 dated 25.03.2015 and in lieu thereof, the petitioner executed the sale deed in favour of his Excellency, Governor of Bihar through deed no. 1858 on 24.03.2015 before the Sub Registry Office, Barh.

Having considered the above submission, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. As such, no further action is required to be taken in this case. Accordingly, contempt application is disposed of.
