The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are father and mother of the co-accused Mukesh Kumar who is alleged to have taken away the girl of the informant. There is no allegation against the present petitioners rather allegation has been made against one Mukesh Kumar.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Shankar Singh @ Shiv Shankar Singh
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19202 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 and Sunita Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
