Petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 451 of 2013 giving rise to Sessions Trial No.324 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 304-B, 201, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran.
Considering that the Petitioner does not have any valid explanation as to how his wife was found dead on the railway track, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of
