2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act

3. As per prosecution case, one country made pistol and four cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The house in question is in joint possession family.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the fact that arms and ammunition has been recovered from the house of the petitioner, prayer for
