In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (a) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the letter vide Memo No.01 dated 25/1/2016 issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj Thumma, Runnisaidpur, whereby as per direction by the Block Development Officer, Runnisaidpur, the petitioner has been terminated from his service with effect from
Patna High Court CWJC No.3177 of 2016(4) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 25/1/2016.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 23.08.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7927 of 2010. The petitioner is directed to file a statutory appeal for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. The District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi shall also consider the above referred case while deciding the case of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
