The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with CBI Eow Case No. RC0932017S0002 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Manish Priyadarshi and Nikhil Priyadarshi have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 30957 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 46245 of 2018 on 06.10.2018 and 30.08.2018 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52558 of 2018(8) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge CBI-I, Patna in connection with CBI Eow Case No. RC0932017S0002 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
