2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment done by the private respondent nos 5 to 7 from the public land.

3. In view of the prayer, the Circle Officer, Sheosagar, Rohtas is directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 17 of 2022-23 in accordance with law after hearing all
