2. On the last occasion when this case was taken up on 20.03.2017 i.e. more than eight years ago, then also nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ application. Now when the matter has been listed after eight years again the petitioner is not showing any interest to pursue with the present writ application.

3. In such circumstances the present writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
