Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 323, 332, 333, 307, 342, 337, 338, 435 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Essential Services Maintenance Act.

The prosecution case is of a road blockade along with the dead body of one Naresh Rai who had been murdered. The instant petitioner has been named along with other 41 accused persons against whom there is allegation of being party to the road blockade and general allegation of assault to the police personnel by stone pelting etc.

Considering the vague and omnibus allegations and the fact that the petitioner has submitted that there is no criminal

In the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua Police Station Case No 375 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
