2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 14248/2022.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected and petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2020, having no criminal antecedent.

4. However, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of informant submits that after examination of all the prosecution witnesses, the case is at the stage of recording statement of accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C.

5. Considering the stage of the case, the bail petition of petitioner is dismissed.
