JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 498-A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and to this effect a compromise petition has also been filed before the court below. In the circumstances, this application is disposed of with the following terms:
(i) if the informant Dharmshila Devi appears before the court below (Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna) in connection with Complaint Case No. 211 of 2002 within five weeks from today and supports the factum of compromise, the petitioner would be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15574 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each.
